Indian Point schedules a social of some kind every couple of months to give our boarders and lesson students a chance
to get together in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
- December, 2007 - we hosted an indoor event to celebrate the season with our boarders! We
are also conducting a stall decorating contest to get into the holiday spirit. Winners for 1st, 2nd and third place
received reductions in their January boarding fees.
- Beginning in the spring of 2008, Indian Point has participated in Suffolk Horse Show Association shows and offers
trailering and training to any boarders or students interested in participating.
- March, 2008 - We held a free show clinic and mock horse show for boarders and students
- May, 2008 - We will welcome in spring with our first cook out of the year.
- June, 2008- We held a Dressage exhibition and clinic at at Bridlewood with complimentary food and beverages for all.
Wonderful door prizes were also given out.
- July, 2008- SHSA held their Summer Sizzler Horse show at Indian Point.
- August, 2008- We will brave the heat with an evening cookout for all boarders and students at Indian Point and Bridlewood.
A variety of activities are always happening at Indian Point. Our boarders are welcome to participate but are not
obligated to in any way. Enjoy the freedom of choice!
Kathy Rowse offers lessons the second Thursday of each month. These lessons will fill up fast so
please contact us if you are interested. We welcome people trailering in with the appropriate paperwork. If you
